After 17 years my furnace from another provider kicked the bucket mid week in the dead of winter. I called One Source Home Services for a quote to replace furnace and install a new AC unit and Hot water tank with direct vent. Brady (sales rep) was a down to earth knowledgeable gentleman. Their quote was considerably lower than their competitors with the products being comparable and suiting my needs. They supplied emergency heaters to distribute throughout my home until they could get the new furnace in. Called for a quote, and while their fee is a bit more expensive than other companies, it was well worth it. Within 30 minutes of my call, I had a technician here, who quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Technician was polite, knowledgeable and professional.
